EE S25 ultra handset prices Vs Samsung direct purchase.

Can anyone advise why the cost of the handset with EE is so much more than it is if buying from Samsung Direct? From What i can see, theres no interest being charged by EE, yet its currently £1547 for 1tb titanium black with EE and only £1399 with Samsung direct. Across all handset memory options, its £148 more with EE than it is with Samsung for each.
