Hi,
I am attempting to unlock my EE Buzzard 2 device using the code provided at https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/device-unlock
I have already attempted to unlock the device using the code provided on a couple of occasions, but the device rejects the code as invalid.
I also emailed handset.unlocking.team@ee.co.uk as advised on the above page, but haven’t had a reply.

Hi, did you ever get this sorted? I have generated a code from their site and it has rejected it twice. Down to 8 tries left now.
Any advice would be much appreciated 🙂

Did you get the unlocking code from the EE site?
Do you have another network SIM in the device when entering the code?

Yes I got the 8 digit code from the EE site and also phone tech support earlier to confirm the correct code.
I have a Lebara sim (vodafone) in the device and I just tried the code again.....down to 7 tries left now.
any advice?
