Daughter in USA - her phone has broken - help

Hi

My daughter is working at Camp America in New Jersey, USA. Her Samsung Flip 4 has broken. She cannot access it at all. I have insurance on it. She needs a phone. Can you tell me best way to get help. I need to speak to a person as online is trying to book up lift and this is UK. She is in USA. I pat for her phone on my account. She bought a cheap phone yesterday but says it doesn't work.

@SharonF1970   Your going to have to wait till your daughter is back in the UK with that phone.   EE can not send her a device abroad and the phone she has purchased and not working probably isn’t compatible with her SIM card.
