Hi,
I upgraded to a Galaxy S23 and just received it. When setting it up, it's asking me to connect to a mobile network. I assusme this would be applied automatically. What do I need to do? Sorry, total tech-phobe here.
Thanks

@LT888 Have you put your SIM card in the device?

Hey, thanks for reply.
Yes. I used the sim that was in my phone I've just upgraded from. I wasn't sure if I was to get a new sim with new phone or not.

@LT888 You will be ok with the old sim. Have you tried just restarting the device?
@Northerner can help you more with this they are an s23 user

I suspect this is just part of the standard Android setup process. When the phone prompts you to connect to a mobile network, what options does it give you?

Hi @LT888
Did you order a new sim becase it sounds like your sim is deactivated, inserted incorrectly or the device is locked to another network.
Thanks
