Cannot call out on mobile

Please can someone help me as cannot ring out even 150 to ee

@Helen673   do you have a signal showing on the device?   Have you had a look at THIS and put your postcode and devices details on it then click the check status tab to see if there is a network issue in your area ?     Can you try using Wi-Fi calling ?   Are you on contract or PAYG ?

im also having problems what is wifi calling as cannot get to get any help on website

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

@Helen673  Wi-Fi calling will give you a signal but via Wi-Fi.  It’s an option you enable on your device.      Wi-Fi calling is for when you have poor to no cellular reception.  
What device do you have ?
