Can't activate visual voicemail

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A54. I activated visual voicemail by texting VISUAL to 150 as per the instructions, and got a text back after a while confirming it's ready to use. But I still can't toggle the visual voicemail setting on in the phone app (I use Google Phone). My software is up to date (in fact, it updated to the latest OneUI 8.5 last night) and I've restarted the phone, but no joy. Still can't turn the feature on. 🤔

As explained, I've done it twice, and now third time texting VISUAL ON to 150. The setting in google phone app still can't be turned on, and in Samsung phone app it doesn't appear at all.

Is anyone from EE support available look into it for me?

This. Is the current Samsung version with the option under the voicemail settings on Samsung.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
