Broken phone and no insurance

Unfortunately I broken my s22 ultra yesterday its only a month and a half old and haven't got round to getting my insurance can I still take it out? And will they replace it straight away or do you have to have insurance for so long and what kinda charge will I get sorry new to all this thanks

@Hope3  no you cannot take out insurance for a phone that you’ve already broken.  

You might want to read THIS 

and I’m sure you have to take out insurance within the first 14 possibly 30 days of having the device

I going to assume you've damaged the case or cracked the screen, either way as its a new phone its still worth getting it repaired although it may not be cheap, but I would advise on getting the Repair done by Samsung UK or a Samsung Authorised Repair Centre, that way it will be fitted with Samsung Genuine Parts and will still be covered by Samsung for the rest of the normal Warranty.
