Hi, I really need some help if possible PLEASE! I’m in Vietnam with my girlfriend who’s iPhone has completely broke and cannot be repaired. We have brought a new phone but she has an e sim. She cannot remember her EE login password and it’s trying to get her to reset but apple iCloud have a two step authentication process meaning when she’s trying to log into her iCloud it’s sending a text to her broken phone. Is there another way of resetting her EE password so we can regain access to her iCloud? Appreciate all help!

Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear about your girlfriend's phone. Is it the password to get into the EE App that she is unable to reset, or the iCloud password?
If it's the iCloud password, I've found an Apple help page that may help you: If you’ve forgotten your Apple Account password
Please bear in mind that EE eSIMs may not fully register until you're back in the UK connected to the EE network.
