My Samsung fe21 5g phone is only 6 months old. The last past 2 months it seems to be losing charge. Sits at 100 % 1st thing in the morning 2 hours later its half. Can you take it in to a ee shop to get it serviced thanks

@Cookie181  you can take it to a shop but that shop will probably have to send it off for the the device locked out. If the battery is faulty  then it’ll get a replacement battery as it this has a one-year warranty..
