Good evening can someone help me out 

The other day I upgraded my SIM and got free Apple TV which was on offer 

I've followed all the instructions but even signed in it keeps coming up with free trial then subscription getting a bit frustrated now won't work on smart TV either 

Any help would be appreciated

There doesn't seem to be a screenshot attached @William551, you'd need to be replying from the Community, rather than Outlook for it to attach.

If that is still not getting you connected, it will need a call to our customer service guides so they can check it is set up on your account correctly, and if it is, run through some other troubleshooting steps with you to get it resolved.
