Good evening can someone help me out 

The other day I upgraded my SIM and got free Apple TV which was on offer 

I've followed all the instructions but even signed in it keeps coming up with free trial then subscription getting a bit frustrated now won't work on smart TV either 

Any help would be appreciated

Have you had a free Apple TV+ subscription on your plan in the past?

When you say it comes up with the free trial then subscription, is that on different pages as you are trying to sign up?

Hi Michael appreciate the response

Firstly no I haven't had apple tv on my plan previously

Message is on main screen I can sign in okay but as soon as I try to watch anything it's says free seven day trial along with 8.99 subscription after free trial

That sounds like it is trying to set up the subscription directly through Apple.

Which new SIM Only plan have you taken @William551?

It's iPhone unlimited SIM with free Apple plus TV add on

I only changed last Monday when I was in getting my wifes phone upgrade but I have only noticed it is iPhone upgrade I have an android phone but I thought I could still us apple tv app

There are a few different unlimited plans, so I just want to check which one is exactly to look at the steps we need to follow.

Was it the Essentials, Essentials Plus, All Rounder or Full Works? I'm guessing it would be one of latter two from what you've said but just need to be sure.

If you aren't sure, you can check in the EE app by going to Manage then Mobile & SIMs.

If you look in the EE app or text PICK to 150, does it show that Apple TV+ is already set up on your account? @William551

Done pick 150 and its saying I already have active add on

That is fine @William551. Did it say it was Apple TV+?

If it did, the next step would be to go to this link to activate Apple TV+.

It is best to make sure WiFi is disconnected and you are connected to mobile data before doing that.
