Have you had to upgrade my phone as Google pixel 3, which you have on this account, has overheated, and wasn't safe to use, so I had to dispose of, as recommended by local phone shopI have upgraded to Samsung s20, which I have bought and are using. Please update your records. Thanks

@chrissharp1307   The phone you use is up to you and EE don’t need to know this.  This is also a public forum not customer services.
And your old phone just needed a new battery as it was that causing it to get hot.    Batteries get hot when they get are being drained fast and the older the battery is the less power it holds and this has a knock on effect of draining faster.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
