All my calls are automatically answered remotely and I cannot accept them on my phone. I reset all settings. No joy. And then today I have bought a brand new phone and it is still the case. I want to speak to ANYONE at EE but the way 150 now works is you can only do a callback, but the callback won't come through of course! Please help me speak to anyone on an outbound call

Do you mean all calls are being diverted to another number? On an Android this would usually be controlled by opening the Phone app, 3 dot menu, Settings, Supplementary service, Call Forwarding, though precise steps may differ depending on your phone. Do numbers show as active in you Call Forwarding Settings?
If you call 150 and it offers you the option to be placed in a queue for a call back, you can press option 2 instead to hold on until your call is answered.
