Good morning, I have just changed to a A14 mobile. It has been set up but now it does not recognised my log in pin or my Biometrics. Can anyone help

Have you restored a backup onto the phone? Is it definitely the correct PIN?

Did you add your Samsung Account to your Mobile With Remote Unlock selected?

If that doesn't help then you will have to Hard Reset your phone
