Pretty poor from EE removing conference calling and not allowing visual voicemail options for Android users

Hi @21jbr

Conference calling was removed years ago and since there are loads of apps like MS teams which has this functionality.

EE have never offered visual voicemail on android.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Pretty poor performance to be fair, means I need an app and an account to do a conference... it's 2024 every other carrier in the UK allows call conferencees. Again poor performance as Samsung actualy has a visual voicemail option in the settings but can't be used because EE won't allow it 😂

Not true. There's a few providers out there who offer dial-in conference bridge facilities, some on 03x numbers.

03x mobile numbers are not UK based?

Still a pretty poor performance regardless, I personally don't want 20 different apps and 20 different accounts to use these apps when the phone is more than capable of doing so. Even if they added it was a addon feature would be far better.

The 03 prefix are UK "non-geographic" numbers charged as per landline rates. They are used by some conference bridge suppliers.
