Unable to stop active plan

I'm unable to stop my active plan to start my new plan which says it starts on the 19. when I text 150 "now" it says"Sorry we were unable to stop your active plan, please call us on 150 for further assistance." 

Moved home. No idea how to connect to EE

Website Empty basket

This has to be the most frustrating thing - I want to delete an item in my basket - edit button takes you to check my details page no bin icon - EE this seems to be a problem as there are threads on this but no resolution - someone help...

Unavailable apps

Our Home Screen is not displaying apps & is saying they’re unavailable. Tried rebooting the box & the hub but nothing has helped. any suggestions please .?

Roaming !!!

My wife and I are in Zante, sat together, she’s connected to TelekomGR and has 5g, I’m connected to VodafoneGR and have no 5g, what is going on ??

Sim card hasn't arrived

Hello. I'm new to EE, bought 24 months sim plan last saturday, it says on the website that sim  should arrive in 1-2 days and upto 5 working days.
