First EE Mobile bill charges

My first bill coming from O2 and amazed to see I am charged for picture message and using "emoticons" as these are classed by EE as pictures ??? Is that normal ? Should i keep strictly to pure text and never use emoticons again......new to me....and ...

EE TV freezing

EE TV keeps freezing and cutting off ever since Full fibre was installed. All other apps stream fine? I’ve followed all the instructions, reset everything and even factory reset the box!? 

Weird roaming messaged

I keep getting texts from EE telling me that I am roaming in Jersey when I am at Nolton Haven in West Wales. The linear distance between these places is 350 miles, so can anyone explain how this happens? Has anyone else had a similar experience?
