How do I add the EE perks to my account, upgrade but nowhere to add the codes! Do I phone them or are they linked automatically?Thanks

Upload Latency

I am new user of EE broadband and I am having massive upload latency since the beginning. Could anyone help please? EE Help Centre told me they don't see any issue... really sad about that answer.

Not receiving text messages intermittently.

Hi For the last two years, my husband and I are not receiving text messages regularly in our area/home.    It's frustrating as we need this when making purchases or logging onto accounts.  Is this an issue for others?
