New EE TV showing error code BTP-15000

I have rebooted a few times but can't appear to watch any TV even free view/terrestrial. Called the helpline and it sounded like it logged something but spoke too quickly to get a reference or clear what was up.Any help appreciated! 

Resolved! Too many boxes

We have just joined EE TV. We have three extra mini boxes. I have just had a message on our Main Pro Box saying we have too many boxes on our Broadband. How do I fix this please?
