Sim only deals then upgrading

So i am on a 12 month sim only deal..can you upgrade at any point on sim only or does the same still apply as if you are taking out the phone as a contract and you have to wait the full 12 months before upgrading?

Moved over from by to ee, and what a disaster

Moved over from bt to ee, was told pretty much be the same but just better, what a load of garbage, was told I would be getting 3 wifi boosters as part of the package and only got one, phoned them and was told others on the way, still didn’t turn up....

Have to make chargeable call/text or will lose number and any credit available

I have just received a text  reminding me of the above. I thought it was 179 days in which this takes effect or has this changed? I last made a chargeable call on the 26th March  which is 49 days ago so I wondered why I should receive this text so ea...

Very poor network coverage as compared to my previous O2

Literally struggling with EE . Especially unable to connect Botim in EE Network.spoken to guide . Just don’t call back when scheduled for the time.

Still **bleep** network either send a new sim card or bill won't be payed don't bother ringing to do checks

HelloI am going to an area without wifi for a week, so I am likely to go past my data allowance.  The options seen to be a recurring monthly add on or 15 hours.  I just want to buy 5gb as one off. Can I do this?Thank youAlan
