Very poor network coverage as compared to my previous O2

Literally struggling with EE . Especially unable to connect Botim in EE Network.

spoken to guide . Just don’t call back when scheduled for the time.

I'm not familiar with Botim. Are you able access your other services? to Is it signal that you're having problems with?

I thought it was an area, but it is an app. Have you contacted their customer service, are you not able to use another app instead? There are plenty around, such as Signal, Telegram, where there should be no problems. I know, many use what’s app. I do not have Botim, never heard of it before, so cannot really comment on it, or why you are having problems with it.
