You've not given any explanation of what the symptoms are here - if it's just a loss of coverage, then that may not necessarily be solved by a new SIM. In any case, there's no account access on this forum, neither is anyone going to call you - responses are by posts such as this.

If you can explain the issue you have, detailing what's happened & what you've checked thus far, others may well be able to offer help.

@Ikleowl , regardless of having network problems, if you refuse to pay your bill, then, until you pay, you will not be able to use your SIM card and you would get a bad credit rating and eventually have the debt collectors on to you, so not a good idea.

As @bristolian  has written, we would need more information to help you, or you speak to customer service.

You could also check here, if this is occurring in one area, register, report and receive updates:

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Ikleowl  If you need a new sim then you have to request one you can do this via calling customer services or going to an EE store,  demanding one from here will not get you a replacement sim because this isn’t customer services it’s a public forum and no one here knows who you are

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
