Sim Card not recognised

Hi, My I Phone 11 has recently had a system upgarde but it is advising that the sim card is bot recognised so I'm unable to make any calls including 150. Does anyone have any idea how to fix? Thankyou

When I took my current deal with 3 inclusive extras, this was an option to select, and I see it’s still advertised for anyone taking out a new contract. However, when I go to the page where I can select my extras it does not appear. Why is this?
