Trying to change my Inclusive Extra

My extra was set to Netflix but now I get that as part of my EE broadband package so I'm trying to swap to the Roaming pass but it isn't giving me the option to do so.

No network

I'm awaiting a new SIM via post but recently I've lost network services. Is this because the new SIM (which will have the new number) deactivates the old, or is it coincidence? I'm in the highlands in Scotland.TIA
