EE TV Pro Box Black Screen

Hi - am using the EE TV box pro. Whether watching live terrestrial TV or via apps I intermittently experience a black screen for a second or so before picture/sound resumes.Have tried rebooting box, but it persists - any ideas on how to resolve?
