New Router Issues.

I’m experiencing a problem after the new fibre connection was done last week. The connection keeps dropping out and is unable to stay connected. See screenshots below.

Resolved! Activating Netflix

Trying to activate Netflix which should be included in my TV package, I didn’t receive any activation email when I took the contract and I’m going around in circles, can someone help?had to pay to keep Netflix active which I shouldn’t of had to do!

Hi,I reported a problem last week in this area EH64QQ. I was told there is no problem but just found the above. I can't make it receive calls in my home which is a huge issue as I work from home.  What can we do in the short term?
