EE app - multiple SIM listing order

When using the EE app for multiple SIM accounts, is there any way to specify (and retain) the order in which the list of users appears? It always defaults to phone number order.

I'm 16 months into a EE 24 month broadband contract I also have 2 EE mobile contracts, Will I be able to upgrade my Broadband now  about 8 months early? Is there a fee?
