New EE customer - cannot make calls

Hi, I just transferred to EE mobile yesterday afternoon. My former provider (Vodafone) stopped working just now, but I cannot make or receive calls on EE. Not ideal for work.EE say to call for technical support - but I can't!Can anyone please advise?
