Monthly hub rental

When I agreed my new contract- upgrade to full fibre 300- the cost per month had no mention of an additional £7 per month for rental if the Hub.Surely this should have been mentioned as my bill now is more than I contracted for.

Hey guysjust got this message today. Does it mean that it will run through the old “socket”? i want an Ethernet cable  running through my room and don’t know where it starts (current hub is in flatmates room) 

Loud buzz from EETV Pro box

I’ve only had my EETV box for a few days but the constant loud buzzing sound is driving me mad.  Is this normal for the EVTV Pro box?it doesn’t sound like a hard drive spinning, more like the buzzing you sometimes get when you put a really high power...
