My god the "solution" is to leave yourself a VM then delete it? Disgraceful

Also it doesn't work as a solution

Welcome to the community.

 

If' you've tried @Chris_B's advice (leaving a new voicemail from another phone, listening to it, then deleting it) and it didn't work, I'd recommend speaking to our Tech Gurus for further investigation.

@snakeplissken  As you can see it did work for @Paulforth44 just because it worked for them it doesn’t mean it’ll work for you.  It’s the first step to try.
