I think there is some issue on my account level, I’m logged in and can’t add items to basket and getting errors on pages. I tried windows 10 and Chrome and also tried iPhone and safari, tried CFL ISP and EE Broadband ISP and also EE mobile data.

Last week I tried to purchase the SIM as extra line so after login the journey got broken so I called sales and ordered by phone.

Could you please get this checked on account level?

That's not something I can help with I'm afraid.  You'd need to call the helpdesk, however I suspect it's not going to be an easy one to resolve.

Yeah EE website has defect on Production and developers need to fix it. Looks like that applollo service is down and it’s promise is not handled. They are using NEXT JS

Same issue while using EE app and using Shop or TV pages, so looks like this is just my account, I can see token and bearer are there and graphql is throwing error, I can share response log if your developer need those.

Sounds like the back end services aren't handling your account properly, and none of the clients are handling the invalid response. You won't get any engagement with the developers on here I'm afraid.  It'll need to be raised via the helpdesk, but the fix is more likely going to be a reset of your account rather than attempt to fix the services (as there are many other higher priority issues being worked on).

I totally understand, could you please share the link of helpdesk or did you mean calling 150?

Yes, just the usual helpdesk - take your pick based on the services you have from EE:
