With discovey+ changing this week most platforms will receive new versions of its app/player. This looks like it will require a new version to be loaded , a fresh acceptance of t&c's cookies etc and a new signon (using your existing logon credentials). I presume in the case of the (Youview) EETV Box Pro/Mini the loading of the new version will be automatically handled via youview. On other devices you may need to authortize the upload of a new version.
If you use discovery+ (for example for TNT Sports etc) you may wish to check/get the latest version installed ahead of when your next use it may take a couple of minutes or so to the above.
I don't know if EETV has any easy route of providing feedback to WBD but currently the picture tiles used for UHD 4K streams don't have UHD showing on the picture tile itself rather you have select i(nfo) for each of the similar images to find which is the 4K stream. Also whereas on the old platform a Search for "UHD" would list available ondemand UHD catchup that particular search doesn't find them.
There are several benefits in the new version so does seem an improvement.

I'm not sure those names are really meant to be public - e.g. ad-lite isn't something currently relevant here. MVDP is an Americanism for Multichannel Video Programming Distributor, i.e. the likes of EETV, Sky, etc.
I imagine there will be a lot more tiers once Discovery+ changes into HBO Max and both the types of subscription tiers increase and those bundled in EE and Sky packages change.

@Richardr66 who knows what will happen next year.. Lot of speculation exists out there.
Although obviously targeted at the US market it remains to be seen what their Europe and UK strategy is. Then of course there is the Paramount interest . For now focusing on the September changes.

That's because TNT Sports in the US will be part of Global Networks, their International sports offering will not.
The International sports offering isn't

I am confused then @Richardr66 as this is how WBD announced in June 9
Global Networks will include premier entertainment, sports and news television brands around the world including CNN, TNT Sports in the U.S., and Discovery, top free-to-air channels across Europe,
yet you say different.Uk and Europe do count as being part of the world so most people would expect the Eurosport and (UK) TNT Sports to fall into that group.

The press release quite specifically states TNT Sports in the US.
Have a look at the presentation at the same time as the press release:
Page 7 is the relevant one.
"Global Networks" includes TNT Sports USA
WBD Streaming & Studios includes TNT Sports International and HBO
