I cannot access the store to look at the tv options - it keeps telling me there is a technical issue and to phone. I don't want a 30 minute wait to get through. Is this a temporary problem or am I going to have to bite the bullet and wait?

I’m looking online at TVs on the EE Store right now in my browser; how are you trying to access it?
Anyway, have another try.

I am accessing via my EE account - It says there is a technical problem and to phone a number. I am actually trying to access the TV packages but it won't let me access the store at all. I upgraded to full fibre earlier this week

Are you having EETV? Is it activated yet? If your order is still open, this may affect it.
But otherwise, I’m with BT, and my store is working, so can’t offer any further help, sorry.

It's not currently possible to order EE TV online as an existing customer, which is why it's showing that error. Log out of ee.co.uk and then browse the packages shown to see the prices - you'll then need to call us to order.
