Hi Can anyone help we have just changed over to Ee about 6 weeks ago . Having to watch everything on catch up because signal here is awful.

Today we can't get any apps. Restarted router, made sure all cables are in has anyone any ideas 🙏 please

Please say which EETV box you have,

Also, what is awful? If it’s TV reception, and you have a Box Pro, then you might want to try IP Mode instead of Aerial Mode.

Or is it that your broadband speed is awful? What speed do you get?

As to not getting any apps, how does this show itself? Error messages? They may not mean anything to you, but we can decode them. Or do you just get a spinning circle?

If you have a Box Pro, you could try a Settings/Factory Reset/Reset (Keep Recordings).

But apart from that, your best bet may be to get on to EETV on the phone, as they can check your line remotely.
