Not sire if anyone else has had this problem, I switched from BT to to ee a couple of weeks ago and noticed when I got the email regarding delivery of equipment that they were sending out an apple box and not the tv box pro. Anyway called to point this out and was told I'd have to wait until my contract started to rectify as they couldn't change the order whilst it was being processed. Ok, so I called back once my service was live, and was told a new box would be sent out. Waited a week and nothing. Called for a third time and after an hour on the phone was told someone would call me to sort out a new box. Got to today and still nothing so I called again, and after 2 hours on the phone speaking to 4 different guides I was told there's nothing they could do and that someone would call me back within a week! This is would be three weeks on from my initial call, all the time I can't properly use my tv service because the 4k box remote doesn't work, and it's not the box I wanted anyway. Not sure why it's so difficult to change an order? In the end I've had to cancel my contract because I was worried that I'd be stuck with a box I don't want that doesn't work if I went over the 14 day cooling off period. Anyone had a similar issue?

Oh and I should add, I was happy to sign up to a new tv contract whilst on the call today that included a tv box pro, but was told by the guide that this wasn't possible. 🤷♂️

Sorry to hear that. We do have a process available to switch between TV Box Pro and Apple TV, so I'm disappointed to hear that none of the agents you spoke to were able to help.
