Went to a store was told I could change to EE with everything just to change over from bt signed contract 28th march still not got all TV station's changed my land line number even though I told them to keep my old number and not even received the boosters i was promised been fobed off so much we are on 27th May now going to ombudsman ASAP after bank holiday had enough now

@Adambeth01 have you raised these issues with EE yet and gave them the chance to resolve?
You could phone again, raise a complaint and firmly request a case to be opened. This will then be reported up the chain. Sometimes your accounts in a mess and needs to be untangled. Ask for compensation too.

Sorry that you've had such a poor experience @Adambeth01 - it should have been simple, but unfortunately a couple of mistakes have resulted in many attempts to fix it. You do have an open complaint, so someone is working to try to fix this for you.
Your TV Box Pro will receive all the same channels that you had previously, as long as you set it up in the same way - if you use aerial mode, it'll show the channels available via the TV aerial connected to it. If you use Internet Mode (this is automatic if the aerial isn't connected when the box is set up) then it'll only offer the channels available in that mode. You can switch between modes by factory resetting your TV Box Pro.

Your TV Box Minis are only able to work in Internet Mode - they don't have an aerial connection option.
