@Angeleyes151083 sadly there's been many customers mis sold.
For rewinding tv shows to the start you can do this on BBC shows on the pro and edge boxes but not many others. Maybe this will come at some stage.
If you had one of these boxes you can request a free exchange of the pro box to an EE apple TV box and you can rewind most channels.
With regards to Disney junior all the shows are available through Disney plus through a separate subscription.
Disney didn't do a deal with Now TV for Disney junior when they added it to the Sky kids packages.
You could message Disney and ask them if they can do a deal with EE to show the interest as Disney need to be willing to do a deal with EE separately .
Apparently there are changes coming to EE TV subscriptions later this year. But no one knows to what extent until it happens.
EE/BT have piggy backed off Now TV for many years but did their own deals before that. So who knows if they would go back to that at some point in the future.
