I've been getting charged for the NOW TV subscription via EE and NOW tv. This has been ongoing since I signed up and keep being told by both parties that it is the responsibility of the other, to sort it!!
When I started the plan, I already had a NOW TV subscription and I was told that EE would take over and I wouldn't have to do anything. Since then I have been charged via EE within in broadband bill and from NOW.
I've since cancelled my NOW subscription on the NOW website, hoping that would fix it but it has just simply cancelled the account. So I don't have access to NOW serviced anymore. This has all been incredibly frustrating and I'm not getting anywhere !!!

Your EE TV subscription is associated with the wrong email address - hotmail.co.uk instead of hotmail.com.
Email us at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk and we can correct that.
