Have had discovery plus active and have been using it for months, but now has stopped.
it still thinks I’m logged in, but it’s saying I have no subscription
if I go into my Ee account, it still says I have this as an inclusive extra. But in the discovery app it says I suddenly have no subscription
oddly, in my we, it says I can’t change my inclusive add in till the end of December. Almost like I have changed it recently, which I haven’t?
anyone got any ideas how I reset this
ive changed the passwords on both accounts incase it’s been hacked. But I still don’t have my discovery plus’s attached to my account
I also have no clue how to get this set up or changed anywhere

@Peter_W Thanks for this, you were spot on
I was on WiFi, seems that the combination of using the mobile data and using Google instead of safari worked.
It linked straight through to discovery+ site and let me link it straight to my discovery account.

Just head over to ee.co.uk/tntsports and fingers crossed this should let you re-link this.

i tried that and got an error message
have just tried again and got the exact same thing. I go to re link it, it gives me the pin and when I put this in I get:
We are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later.
any ideas???
it’s like it’s stuck and I can’t get it back!

Is it over mobile data or WiFi that you're trying to activate this?
If it's WiFi, can you please give this another try but over your EE data connection?
It's worth trying to open this link in a different browser as well.

Also having the issue of Discovery Plus Premium being deactivated around 1 week ago,in my account online it says that Discovery Plus premium is included in my package with a green tick in the extra's on subscriptions,although now it seems i'm on the Basic Discovery Plus.Gone through the process of linking my phone with a code to my TV and all i get is i need to upgrade,which seems strange and having to pay £30.99 a month.Obviously i'm not willing to pay £30.99 a month with being included in my package which when i phoned i was told it is.any help appreciated in a solution to this.

Which TV package do you have?
Entertainment and Big Entertainment come with discovery+ basic, have you changed to one of these plans recently?

Hi,Linzi_H I'm on the Entertainment,apparently around a week ago i was able to watch the Discovery Plus Premium channels TNT Sport and Eurosport channels,not changed anything with my plans,suddenly i can't get Discovery Plus Premium and not able to watch channels,although i could if i pay £30.99 a month to upgrade and subscribe,i can see if i log into my account with EE on my Laptop that in the subscriptions section and the extras that i am indeed subscribed to have the Discovery Plus Premium with a green tick next to it.

Hi,Was told by a EE phone operator that Discovery Plus Premium app was indeed included in my package,so really don't understand what is going on?.Hopefully i can have it activated again.Any help appreciated thanks.
