What is wrong with the EE Entertainment package HD programs?

I cannot get any of the Sky HD channels that are included in my contract. What is going on. I can cancel from tomorrow. Totally fed up with EE so far.

You’ve made our day, thank you for sorting this so quickly. We were told it was being passed to TNC to deal.Please tell me they won’t undo what you have done?

I'll send them a message to let them know it's already fixed @Mand-Ray , so that they don't touch it.

My Sky Sports HD Channels are working OK. BUT both my Discovery Channels are NOT.

Quite the reverse in fact - @DarrenDev is leaving BT/EE at the end of this month.

Oh no….not what I wanted to read/hear …@Darren/Dev  could you leave your  number with one of the customer service team, so you’re only a phone call away to sort all the issues that may arise in the future.😆😆

Hi there, same BTP-11195c issue with me. Paid for TNT HD but suddenly only getting SD. Can you sort this, Darren? I've been waiting half an hour for EE customer services to answer. Thank you. 

Issue sorted. For some reason the EE system created an order to remove HD. Now added back. BTW, if asked to do a factory reset in your box (and this losing all your recordings) this won't solve the problem.
