Since I switched over from sky TV and sky broadband to a full EE service, the quality of the picture is so poor that you cannot watch certain channels properly. The only way to watch these channels is to watch in HD. However, whist you can watch them, they are not in the HD quality that you would expect. I have had 2 engineers visit and had some additional booster equipment added. The EE tv box is in sight line of the router too. I don’t know what else I can do.

If you've had engineer visits and boosters and the picture quality has not improved, I would suggest getting back in touch with our broadband tech guides. They can continue with the troubleshooting and see what the next steps would be to help you get this sorted.

It's annoyed me all the time I've had EE. Grubby colours.
Fixed it today. Swopped the HDMI lead (which I think was the one they supplied) for a high quality, short one. Solved it for me.
