Hi
Yesterday I upgraded to the full works package. Apparently I am switching over to EE from BT as it works out cheaper.
Was told I would be able to watch Sky sports and TNT sports straight away until my activation date of the 29th
Problem I have is I can watch all my Sky TV channels through Now but TNT sports isn't working neither is the Discovery channel. Just says contact provider which I did yesterday and they just said I should wait 24 hours.
Anyone had this problem.

If you're having this trouble when trying to use the app it might be best to reach back out to the team, and they can get this looked into for you.

@johnbhoy1979 How are you trying to watch TNT Sports and the Discovery channel? If it's through your pro box, that won't work till your activation date on Wednesday
Can you watch TNT or Discovery via the EE TV app?
If not, try activating your discovery plus app and watch TNT Sports and the Discovery channel through that.
To watch the discovery channel you will need to find the picture of the discovery channel, click on that and click on watch live.

I'm trying to watch through the app. I did understand that it won't work through the box yet.
When I click on a sports channel through the app I just get contact your service provider. Anything I can do my end to maybe fix it?

The EE app or Discovery plus?
If it's saying that on the EE app, perhaps try the Discovery plus one if you have activated it already.

Did you have access to discovery+ with BT before you started the move?

Yes. Still have access to discovery app. Can watch all the basic stuff. Just when I click on to watch tnt sports it says to contact provider
