Unable to see options for EE TV as migrated BT customer

I'm a long-time EE mobile user, and my BT FTTP account was migrated to EE in November 2023. I was interested in seeing pricing options for EE TV, but whenever I try to look via ee.co.uk/tv I get an error.

Can someone please advise?

I also get issues trying to manage my broadband, so I wonder if it's an issue with migrating me from BT to EE.

Unfortunately online ordering isn't currently available for existing customers - you'll need to call us.

Thanks @DarrenDev - is this something on the roadmap at least?

For sure.  We have a few issues with the ordering process that need to be fixed first - we'll get online account management sorted ASAP.
