What device are you doing this on, what Now memberships do you have, and what precisely happens when you try to view the channels in the Guide? e.g. what error message, if any, appears? And what channel name and number?
One possibility is that you don’t have Boost, in which case you can only watch the SD versions of the channels, not the HD ones.

Hi @wpradel , really sorry about this! We're investigating a network issue as we suspect a configuration problem. Will keep you up to date with the progress.

On the EE to box. Selecting the EE guide, then select subscribed channels , such as Sky news , Max etc.
i can watch all HDs channels with no issues.
error messages: there’s a problem with your broadband which is affecting …. IPC 6023. Did follow restart and so forth.
my BT broadband and tv package includes Entertainment Now which includes Sky Atlantic and so forth.
