Hi. Very new to EE. Just trying to get head around terms and conditions. EE sales rep was a real numpty and poorly briefed so his verbals not quite same as my pre contract summary. 
Questions if I may. Is Netflix included in basic package?never had NOW. Again is this included or is there a separate fee to pay?

It depends on what you choose.  The Entertainment packages all include Netflix and Now TV.  The Sport packages don't include Netflix, but it can be added as an optional extra. The lowest Sport package doesn't include Now TV, but the higher ones do.
