A while ago I got hacked on my netflix through my package with ee, they changed my plan to premium. I got it cancelled so I thought but it happened again I then changed it back to the normal package and now its happened again! Has anyone else had this? Ee has been rubbish in helping solve this! Also my tv entertainment package has got so expensive and it won't let me cancel it!

@Mollys12 Did you change your Netflix password word ?
Have you ever signed on to your Netflix account anywhere else and didn’t sign out of it ? if you did that is still active until you stop it.
