I am currently abroad and I’m trying to cancel my Netflix subscription, Netflix has cancelled my account without notifying me. However ee are still taking the Netflix payment from my account. It has been an almost impossible task to get someone from ee to deal with this. It has got worse as I am now being charged for 2 Netflix subscriptions. Netflix informs me that they don’t have my email address so they can’t help me . I tried speaking to ee via chat as it costs over £2.00 a minute to speak via telephone. I got nowhere . The payments are still being taken. Not sure what to do.

Hi @Kids4,
Welcome to the EE Community
This is regarding a Netflix add-on that you are paying for on your EE mobile bill? Have you logged into your online account on the website or app, went to the Mobile add-ons section and then select Active add-ons to try and remove it from there?
If you are using your EE mobile you can call us from abroad on +44 (0)7953 966 150 free, you can also download Skype and call us free through Skype on +44 800 9566000

Absolutely ridiculous, I am also being charged twice. I upgraded my plans and added netflix premium as a add on. I was already paying for the standard with ads through ee, I was assured that they would sort it as long as I followed the instructions but here I am paying for netflix through my monthly bill and the add on. Been through the whole of their website trying to find a way to cancel but absolutely nothing. I hope they give me a refund for the double money their taking.

Hi @Sal20201,
Welcome to the EE Community
You should be able to manage and remove add-ons via the app by selecting Manage> Mobile Add-ons and then Your active add-ons will list your currently active ones and you can then tap into the one you want to remove then click Remove.
What are you seeing under Your active add-ons in relation to Netflix?
