Too many boxes?

I keep getting messages too many boxes and error btp16500 and 1pc6007.  I can press resolve and make box main one each time but surely shouldn't have to do that.

Tried calling told would get a call back in 7 days.  They did try but when I'm at work I couldn't answer.  Tried to call them back on hold for nearly an hour.  Any suggestions to solve the issue?

@AConuel

How many boxes have you got, and how many are registered for Multiroom with EE TV?

If the first number is bigger than the second, then you will have to keep Resolving.

But if the two numbers are the same, then something has gone wrong at EE TV’s end and this will need fixing.

Please say what the answer is here, and I can advise further.

Sorry about that @AConuel - I'm not sure why they sent you 2 boxes, but didn't add the multiroom to your account.  This is now fixed - you may see the prompt once more, but then it shouldn't appear again.
