Too many boxes

We have just joined EE TV. We have three extra mini boxes. I have just had a message on our Main Pro Box saying we have too many boxes on our Broadband. How do I fix this please?

The agent should also have added a multi-room subscription to your account.  I do not have the authority to do this.  You can currently only get 1 box for free - the other incurs a monthly charge.

Hey @DarrenDev , quick question… hypothetically, if an additional box is used with an account that doesn’t have multi room enabled, will the devices just keep allowing you to pull the authentication back and forth when each is used?

I’ve  only got 2 mini boxes and the main box but I still get this message almost every time I switch on a box. Is there a fix my end I can try?

@antovalle our records show that you called on September 18th to cancel multiroom - we're waiting for the boxes to be returned.

I am having the same issue but I have always had one main box and two mini ones. Since moving house it has taken a bit of time to get our rooms sorted and set up but when setting up the second mini box, all my boxes, including the main one keep coming up with this error message about too many boxes whenever I want to watch one of them

I am having this problem also. One main box and 2 mini boxes. Never had this issue before and it happens on all the boxes including the main box. I have always had two mini boxes with no issues. How do i resolve this please?

When you moved house there's a chance that your package has changed and the Multiroom subscription on your account may be different to what you had previously. 

If you reach out to our customer care team, they'll be able to get this all double checked at our end.
