Too many boxes message

Hi

We’ve just switched from BT to ee adding a tv mini box in addition to our main box 

However an error message saying we have too many devices running keeps popping up

Please advise

It's normal to see it once or twice when switching - if you accept the message to move the subscription, it should then go away. Have you tried this?

Message has come up 2-3 times from each box over the past 2 days following the mini box set-up

It does disappear when we click on the move subscription button…🤞 it has now stopped 

Do you just have the 2 boxes?

Ok great. Please send an email to tv.apps@ee.co.uk mentioning too many boxes and include your EE account number. I'll get that fixed so that it never appears again.

That's it now sorted @Simone5691 - you shouldn't see that message again, unless you factory reset or replace either of your boxes.
