Tnt sport bundle

Hi all. I recently ordered a TV with tnt sport added for 24 month as an add on. I have received the TV but cannot activate the sports. One time activation says I have nothing to activate. I have tried ringing 150 but we all know that's a waste of time.

I have eventually got a solution. I went on help and requested a call back. I got a call and it is all set up and running now. Text said 12months but he emailed me a screenshot saying 24 month and free of charge. I have since had a text saying it will be £5 a month but will chase this if they try charging it. 

Thanks all for your help and guidance but I suspect there are plenty more with the same issues.

Welcome to the EE Community

The TNT add-on should be activatable via https://ee.co.uk/tntsports after entering your number and confirming the PIN, is this the page you have been trying? 

If you have multiple numbers on your account make sure you double check which number your TV add-on is being billed on, as that will be the number with the TNT Sports add-on and so is the number you need to enter and confirm the PIN for. 

 If after confirming the PIN and getting to the activation page you do not see any Discovery+ add-on with an activate button, it would suggest that the add-on is not active on your account unfortunately, which will require contacting one of our guides to resolve.

Same here! Got the TV, but EE's system says I have no subscription. Rang 150, they say they don't know anything about the package. TV is going back tomorrow.

After over an hour on chat earlier I was told activation text can take 7 days from TV arriving. So mine is staying in the box and getting returned next week if I haven't got it .

I later phoned again. After an hour of being put on hold and being passed around I was told that they would set up my subscription. However, they were having technical problems, but I was assured it would be done "first thing". They're supposedly going to phone at 10 to confirm that it's been done.

I am still waiting a week later and still no tnt sport#malcnufc. Did you get sorted?

Have you tried heading to ee.co.uk/tntsports and following the instructions that @Alex_H posted earlier in the thread? If everything is added on your account as it should have done, you should be able to register for it there.

No phone call at 10, and still no subscription. Eventually I phoned again. At one point, while I was on hold, I got this text message:
"You're now paying an extra £5 to add BT Sport Ultimate to your BT Sport subscription."
This is not of course what I was asking them to do.  Later on I received another text saying that my 12 month (!) TNT Sport subscription had been set up. When I clicked on the link to activate it I was taken to my Discovery Plus account, to which TNT Sport had apparently been added. I don't know how this compares to TNT Sport "proper".
